INSTALLATION
1. Install drive shaft axle through the backside of the
bearing carrier. Be sure bushings and pivot tubes are
installed.
2. Install the fasteners that attach the rear bearing
carrier to the upper and lower A-arms. Torque bolts
to specification.
TORQUE
Rear Bearing Carrier Bolts:
37 ft. lbs (50 Nm)
3. Apply grease to drive shaft axle splines.
4. Install rear wheel hub assembly, cone washers, and
hand tighten the castle nut. Install washers with
domed side out.
5. Install the brake caliper and torque the new mounting
bolts to specification.
CAUTION
New bolts have a pre-applied locking agent which is
destroyed upon removal. Always use new brake caliper
mounting bolts upon assembly.
TORQUE
Rear Caliper Mounting Bolts:
37 ft. lbs (50 Nm)
