Conguration
Service conguration
The following options are available for connecting to
the Wallbox to congure the service:
Via WiFi
Via Ethernet
Using the web app to congure the service
via WiFi
Connect to the WiFi hotspot
b AC Wallbox installed and ready for operation
b LTE network available
b Letter with the access data is in hand
1. Show available WiFi devices on the mobile ter-
minal (e.g. laptop or tablet).
2. From the list of available WiFi devices select the
Wallbox with the name (SSID) of the hotspot
from the letter with your access data.
3. Connect to the Wallbox.
4. Enter the password for the hotspot of the Wall-
box from the letter with your access data.
5.
Aer successfully establishing a connection,
open the browser.
6.
In the address bar of the browser, enter the URL
of the local Wallbox from the letter with your
access data.

The homepage of the web app is shown,
with the option to log in.
If the connection is unsuccessful, check the following
steps:
1. Bring the laptop or tablet closer to the Wallbox.
2. Check the WiFi module of the laptop or tablet
and the connection to the network or the Inter-
net.
3.
Check the security settings (such as rewall,
network settings) of the laptop or tablet.
If prompted, conrm Wallbox is a trustworthy
device.
4. Please note the exact spelling (case sensitive) of
the access data (password and host name).
Connecting via Ethernet

Ethernet cable installed
1.
Connecting the Wallbox to the network via an
appropriate Ethernet cable.
If necessary, check the network conguration,
in case the switch used requires this for new
network users.
2.
In the address bar of the browser, enter the URL
of the local Wallbox from the letter with your
access data.

The homepage of the web app is shown,
with the option to log in.
3.
Log in to the web app as a service user.
4.
In the navigation Connections select Hotspot.

The Ethernet view and the corresponding
MAC address are shown.
Information
Automatic address assignment is enabled by default.
The option Automatic Address Assignment (DHCP)
must be disabled for manual entry.
Connecting as a WiFi client
Information
The WiFi hotspot can be le on in client mode as
well.
The Wallbox has an internal rewall and security
mechanisms for IP-based network communication
already pre-installed.
Install the Wallbox in private networks only, us-
ing a rewall too.
Unencrypted WiFi operation or using obsolete
protocols such as WEP that no longer meet the
current security standard is not possible.
b Logged in to the web app as a Service User
1. In the navigation Connections select WiFi.

The view WiFi connection is displayed,
showing all available WiFi networks.
2. Select the desired network and enter the corre-
sponding network key.
3. Select Connect to WiFi
If the desired network is not on the list of available
networks, you can also connect to it using the option
Connect to Network manually by manually entering
the SSID and the network key.
WiFi hotspot
The Wallbox provides a WiFi hotspot.
Information
Only the WiFi channels can be used that are permit-
ted as per country code.
