4.3.9 Peripheral I/O redirection register 0 (PIOR0)
This register is used to specify whether to enable or disable the peripheral I/O redirect function.
PIOR0 enables or disables redirection of the timer array unit functions; that is, it specifies which I/O port is assigned to
each input pin of timer array unit 0.
This register can be set by an 8-bit memory manipulation instruction.
Reset signal generation clears this register to 00H.
