disk was detected as abnormal when it
was accessed from either the operation
panel or the network.
• Software defective
• HDD defective
FCU Flash ROM Error 871 D
The address book written into the flash
ROM mounted on the FCU is detected
as defective.
• Flash ROM device defective
• Replace flash ROM on the MBU
Email Receiving Data Error 872 B
Machine detects an HDD error during
warm-up.
• Email(s) previously received by the
machine and stored in the hard drive
may contain damaged data.
This can be deleted by executing
SP5832-007, however note that
doing so will also delete all other
received emails.
• Defective HDD
Email Sending Data Error 873 B
Machine detects an HDD error during
warm-up.
• l Email(s) previously sent by the
machine and stored in the hard drive
may contain damaged data. This can
be deleted by executing SP5832-
008, however note that doing so will
also delete all other sent emails, as
well as initialize the sender’s user
name/password and administrator
Mail address.
• Defective HDD
File Format Converter (MLB) Error 880 D
A request for access to the File Format
Converter (MLB -Media Link Board)
was not answered within the specified
time.
• MLB defective
HD access error 865 D
The hard disk detected an error.
Replace the controller board
Electronic total counter error 900 D
The value of the total counter has
already exceeded 9999999
Replace the NVRAM on the controller
board
Mechanical total count error 901 D
The SBCU board cannot receive the
mechanical total count data.
Mechanical total counter defective
Printer Error 1 920 D
An internal application error was
detected and operation cannot
continue.
• Software defective
• Insufficient memory
Network File Error 925 D
The file that manages NetFile is
corrupted and operation cannot
continue.
• Software defective
• Files on the HDD corrupted
F-gate error at write request 951 B
After the IPU receives an F-gate signal,
it receives another F-gate signal.
• Download controller firmware
• SBCU board defective
