Basic Operation

Set the print conditions.
Specify the number of copies to be printed and the area to be printed.
Never fail to deselect the [Collate] box.
(If it is selected, the master-making operation will be repeated for every copy.)

Click [Properties].
If you want to set additional print conditions for the current print job, click [Properties] to open the [Properties]
dialog box.p.56 "Functions to be Set Up with the Printer Driver (Computer Side/Driver Side)"

Click [OK] to start printing.
(1) When the setting is complete, click [OK] to close the [Properties] dialog box.
(2) Return to the [Print] screen, and then click [Print] (or [OK]).
(3) The original data will be transmitted from the computer to the machine.
The following procedures assume that [Auto-process] is [OFF] (initial setting) and [Auto switch to master-making]
is [OFF] (initial setting).
• If you want to print a file consisting of several pages, and the file includes different paper sizes or page directions,
printing may fail when you choose [All] for the paper range. Specify the page numbers for printing pages of the same
size or direction in [Pages].
• When several original data is received, the machine processes the data in the order of reception.
• When original data is transmitted from several computers connected on a network, the order of reception cannot be
confirmed. Transmit the original data after confirming that the machine is available.
