TRIGger:WIDTh:MAX <MaxDuration>
Sets the upper limit for the pulse width if TRIGger:WIDTh:RANGe is set to WITHin or
OUTSide.
Parameters:
<MaxDuration> Range: 800E-12 to 10000
Increment: 100E-9
*RST: 5E-9
Default unit: s
