The Media Heating System Doesn't Warm Up
Are the settings for the [HEATER CONFIG] menu item appropriate?
Check the heater temperature in [HEATER CONFIG].

Is media loaded?
The media heating system does not warm up to the preset temperature when is dark (by default).
Load media and wait for the machine to warm up.

Is the temperature of the room too low?
Use the machine in an environment where the temperature is 20 to 32°C (68 to 90°F).
Cannot Cut Off the Media
Is the separating knife mounted?
If the separating knife is not mounted, you cannot cut o the media.
