6.3.1 Selection analysis method
Press key and key on the parameters setting page to select among method 1, method 2
and custom defined method, as shown in Fig. 6.5:

When the user selects method 1 or method 2, the parameters are displayed and the user is not
allowed to amend them. When the user selects custom defined method, the user can input the
preferred parameters.
6.3.2 Dark current correction
Dark current correction is performed to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results. You should
perform dark current correction when the enviroment changes, which refer to temperature varies
much and installation location changes etc. as well as when you measure high absorbant samples (It
is recommended that perform dark current corretion before you start measurement to ensure the data
accuracy). The operation procedures are shown as follows:
