VACUUM CHUCK DRIVE FAIL The analyzer has detected a problem in the
movement of the vacuum chuck drive.
1. Perform a reset by turning the analyzer off and then back on.
2. If the problem persists, contact Siemens Service.
VACUUM TEST FAIL The analyzer has detected a leak in the
vacuum system during a self test initiated from
the Maintenance menu. The reasons can be:
• Debris on the O-Ring seal
• A possible vacuum leak in analyzer
1. Remove O-Ring via the Maintenance menu. Inspect O--Ring for
debris or damage. Clean or replace O-Ring if required. Install
O-Ring via the Maintenance menu. Repeat a Self Test via the
Maintenance menu to verify that the analyzer has no vacuum
leak.
2. If the problem persists, contact Siemens Service.
VACUUM SYSTEM FAILED IN
SELF TEST
The analyzer has detected that a self test has
not been successfully completed due to a
failure in the vacuum leak test.
1. Refer to Vacuum Test Fail status message.
FSE TSK: XX ADDR: XX The analyzer has detected a problem with the
functioning of the software.
1. Perform a reset by turning the analyzer off and then back on.
2. If the problem persists, contact Siemens Service.
