Meaning/Possible cause/Acknowledgement/Error processing
Pre-Warning overload (I > 115%) The motor feeder is in overload operation. It will be tripped
within a short period of time due to overloading if this
condition continues to persist.
Please check the motor and the application which is driven by
the motor.
Overload The motor feeder was overloaded.
Check the motor and the application which is driven by the
motor.
The motor can only be switched on again after the cooling
down time has expired or after an emergency start is carried
out.
Acknowledge with "Reset", if Auto-Reset is not activated.
Further information: Overload (Page 23).
Overload + loss of a phase The motor feeder was overloaded.
Possible cause: Failure of a phase.
Check the motor feeder and the motor.
The motor can only be switched on again after the cooling
down time has expired or after an emergency start is carried
out.
Acknowledge with "Reset", if Auto-Reset is not activated.
Further information: Overload (Page 23), Unbalance
(Page 28).
Unbalance The limit value for the phase asymmetry was exceeded.
Check the motor feeder and the motor.
The motor can only be switched on again after the cooling
down time has expired or after an emergency start is carried
out.
Acknowledge with "Reset".

Stalled Rotor The maximum motor current has exceeded the threshold for
the blocking protection.
Possible cause: The motor is blocked.
Please check the application which is driven by the motor.
Acknowledge with "Reset", if Auto-Reset is not activated..
Further information: Stall (Page 29).
Thermistor trip level The thermistor protection has been activated.
The temperature of the motor is too high.
Check the motor and the application which is driven by the
motor.
The motor cannot be switched on again until the temperature
has reached the switch-back point of the thermistor.
Acknowledge with "Reset", if Auto-Reset is not activated.
