Table 7- 3 Configuration indicators
Configuration error
Device configuration is damaged.
- Configuration warning
One or more parameters are set incorrectly. For example: A
parameter is outside the min/max limits.
- Configuration changed
The symbol indicates that you have changed parameters but
that you have not saved these changes permanently yet. You
must confirm or discard the changes when you log off. The
symbol does not expire until you log off.

- Limit alarm (in SIMATIC PDM: "Process value alarm")
Limit with message level "Alarm" was violated.
- Limit warning (in SIMATIC PDM: "Process value warning")
Limit with message level "Warning" was violated.

- Write access from SIMATIC PDM. Only read-only access for
local user interface.
Table 7- 6 Write protection indicators
- Only read access on LUI as well as SIMATIC PDM. Protec-
tion of measurement is set via digital input.
- User of LUI is logged on with the device. Read-only access
for SIMATIC PDM.
