Testing of digital outputs
Requirements
● Make sure that a suitable test device is connected.
● Make sure that triggering the test function does not have a negative impact on the entire
system.
NOTICE
Triggering of alarms by the system
Execution of the test function can trigger system alarms and therefore also protective
tripping of the entire system.
Before you execute the test function:
• Make sure that the test signals in the control system are treated accordingly as
"Test" and that protective tripping is prevented.
• If necessary, interrupt the connection between SIPROCESS GA700 and the control
system after consultation.
