219-2H-13 ERR
POS. EVP1 NOT
OK
Positive terminal of EVP1 (pin A29)
is supplied by terminal PIN (pin A13)
through an embedded high-side switch.
The alarm occurs in case terminal A13
is not connected to the battery or the
voltage is different from that dened by
parameter SET POSITIVE PEB (see the
ADJUSTMENTS list).
Check pin A13: it must have battery
voltage (after master contactor)
Check harness and that the contactor
is working correctly.
220-08C LOW
VKEY OFF
SHORTED
At key-on, the logic board measures
a voltage value of the KEY input that
is constantly out of range, below the
minimum allowed value.
Check that the battery has the same
nominal voltage of the inverter Check
the battery voltage, if it is out of range
replace the battery.
If the battery voltage is ok, replace
the controller
223-C1 ERR COIL SHOR. MC
This alarms occur when there is an
overload on the MC driver (pin A27) or
on the right EB driver (pin A28). As soon
as the overload condition disappears,
the alarm will be removed automatically
by releasing and then enabling a travel
demand.
The typical root cause is in the wiring
harness or in the load coil.
224-CHK SLAVE
WAITING FOR
NODE
The controller receives from the CAN
bus the message that another controller
in the net is in fault condition; as a
consequence the controller itself cannot
enter into an operative status, but it has
to wait until the other node comes out
from the fault status.
Check if any other device on the CAN
bus is in fault condition.
226- JSTK ERR VACC OUT RANGE
The analogue reference for the drive
speed is not within the MIN VACC ÷
MAX VACC range, programmed through
the PROGRAMM VACC function.
The acquired values MIN VACC and MAX
VACC are inconsistent.
Acquire the maximum and minimum
values through the PROGRAM VACC
function. If the alarm is still present,
check the mechanical calibration and
the functionality joystick.
If the problem is not solved, replace
the joystick.
227-CTRL ERR HW FAULT XX
At start-up, the hardware circuit
dedicated to enable and disable the
EV drivers is found to be faulty. The
hexadecimal value "XX" facilitates Zapi
technicians debugging the problem.
This fault is related to internal
components. Replace the controller.
229-CTRL ERR HW FAULT EB.
At start-up, the hardware circuit
dedicated to enable and disable the EB
driver (output NEB, pin A28) is found to
be faulty. The hexadecimal value "XX"
facilitates Zapi technicians debugging
the problem.
This type of fault is not related to
external components replace the
controller.
230-C1 ERR LC COIL OPEN
No load is connected between the NLC
output (pin A27) and the positive voltage
(for example, +KEY).
Check the wiring, in order to verify
if LC coil is connected to the
right connector pin and if it is not
interrupted.
If the alarm is still present, than
the problem is inside, replace the
controller.
