Section 5 – Procedures Display Module
5.7-11 Tilt Sensor Calibration
1. Make sure the display shows the main page.
2. Change the ACCESS LEVEL to level 1 (see 57-
5 Set the Access Level)
3. Press the UP or DOWN buttons to nd the
CALIBRATION menu, then press the MIDDLE
button to select it.
4. Press the UP or DOWN buttons to nd the CAL.
TILT SENSOR. Press the MIDDLE button to
select it.
5. The console asks if the machine is on a at
surface. Press the MIDDLE button to say YES.
Press the LEFT button to say NO.
6. The console shows CONFIRM TILT C.?
R-00.## P-00.##. Press the MIDDLE button to
CONFIRM.
7. Wait for the machine to go through the
calibration process. The console shows
CALIBRATION DONE. R-00.0# P00.0#. Press
and hold the LEFT button to go back to the main
menu.
IMPORTANT
Wait 1 minute before shutting off the machine after
the calibration is done.
8. Cycle power to the ZAPI display to restore
ACCESS LEVEL 3 for normal daily operation.
