5.7-11 Tilt Sensor Calibration
1. Make sure the display shows the main page.
2. Change the ACCESS LEVEL to level 1 (see 57-
5 Set the Access Level)
3. Press the UP or DOWN buttons to nd the
CALIBRATION menu, then press the MIDDLE
button to select it.
4. Press the UP or DOWN buttons to nd the CAL.
TILT SENSOR. Press the MIDDLE button to
select it.
5. The console asks if the machine is on a at
surface. Press the MIDDLE button to say YES.
Press the LEFT button to say NO.
6. The console shows CONFIRM TILT C.?
R-00.## P-00.##. Press the MIDDLE button to
CONFIRM.
7. Wait for the machine to go through the
calibration process. The console shows
CALIBRATION DONE. R-00.0# P00.0#. Press
and hold the LEFT button to go back to the main
menu.
IMPORTANT
Wait 1 minute before shutting off the machine after
the calibration is done.
8. Cycle power to the ZAPI display to restore
ACCESS LEVEL 3 for normal daily operation.
