7. Insert a 3/16” x 1-1/2” cotter pin through the
holes in the spindle, with the long arm of the
cotter pin on the outside. Push the cotter pin in
all the way.
8. Bend the long end of the cotter pin over the end
of the spindle to secure the castle nut.
9. Install the dust cap over the castle nut. Be sure
not to damage the castle nut when you install
the dust cap.
