The range change and shift change are enabled only when the pointer is
displayed on the ES display area. Use the RANGE key and shift key shown in
Fig. 2-8.
For changing the range, press △ on the RANGE key to decrease the range,
and press ▽ to increase the range. (Fig. 2-9)
For changing the shift, press △ on the SHIFT key to decrease the depth
displayed at the start. Press ▽ to increase the depth displayed at the start. (Fig.
2-10)
How to change the settings of the range and shift is described in Chapter 3.
