Troubleshooting
5-1 Network
If the KSE have 2 or more SR-87 connected is it important that these are
coded with the correct IP address. Normally is the KSE-310 delivered as one set
and SR-87 is labelled SR1, SR2 etc. If there is a change in thi is it important to
code the IP address correctly.
If there is problems, leave the KSE-310 on at the bridge and remove the cover
on the SR-87(‘s) Observe the ESP-10 pcb with the network cable connected.
There is also a complete error code list inside the top cover. Check the status
on the LED’s.
During a normal start-up will the LED’s display E004. This changes to
E005 - E007 when PRC-59/63 Processor on the bridge have established
contact and the KSE run normally
When faults with communication is it important to check the IP
adress on each Transmitter if there is trouble during installation or
change in configuration. On the bridge is PRC-59/63 IP always
192.168.1.1
SW4 have 4 setting: (use a small flat screwdriver)
0- SR1 (IP 192.168.1.2)
1- SR2 (IP 192.168.1.3)
2- SR3 (IP 192.168.1.4)
3- SR4 (IP 192.168.1.5)
IMPORTANT:
SR1 HAD to be present in the network if only one SR-87 is in in use
If there is a fault on SR1 in system with several frequencis is it important to
manually change one other SR87 to SR1 to get the system up and running
again.
Is SR1 missing, is Eb04 shown in SR2,3 etc
SR-87 can be pinged true a laptop connected directly in ESP-10 with a straight
networkcable
