8.1 simplified adjustment and setting diagrams
A new elevator equipped with AS380 series elevator integrated drive controller
Manufactured by shanghai step electric co,ltd. The adjustment procedure of the
Electric control and drive is as follow:
Start
Check the grounding of power line,
communication line and encoder line
Confirm that the safety loop and door lock loop
are connected
Check control cabinet before
power on:
Confirm the circuit is connected of the upper/
lower limit position switch, upward/downward
forced slow switch, and the car roof Priority
inspection switch for car roof
Setup parameters of the integrated drive
cotroller
Motor self-learning
Inspect upward or downward operation, and
confirm that the elevator runs in the correct
direction
Inspect upward or downward operation, , and
confirm that the manipulator displays the speed
signal by ―+‖ for upward and ―-‖ for downward
Confirm that the resistance between TAX+/
TXV- of the control cabinet is 60 ohms.
Commissioning of slow car:
Check CAN bus before
commissioning of express car:
Confirm that the communication voltage
between TAX+ and TXV- is DC2.6V, and that
between TXA- and TXV- is DC2.4V
Set the floor address of SM-04 Board
Confirm that the door open/close in position
signals is correct
Adjustment of door open/close:
Confirm that the signal of safety contact board
and overload Is correct
Press door open/close button, and confirm it
opens and closes correctly
Inspection of upward running. When the
elevator passes through leveling area, confirm
that the lower leveling switch acts before the
upper leveling switch
Inspection of upward going until up terminal landing
and downward going until down terminal landing, then
check the action of up forced switch, up limit position
switch, down forced switch, and down limit position
switch is correct
Ispection running to the leveling area of the
bottom floor and triggers the hoistway learning
menu
Set the elevator in automatic state, the elevator
will move automatically to the top floor at
hoistway study speed
Setup the parameters of integrated drive
controller correctly
In automatic state, register instructions, and
confirm that the elevator can open/close door
normally and can start/brake normally
Register outside call signal, and confirm that the
elevator can stop the car, decelerate, cancel
instruction and open door correctly
Adjust the elevator comfort comfortable
sensation
Hoistway learning:
Commissioning of express car:
Automatic, attendant, independent, fire-fighting,
lift lock, parallel connection and group control
mode functions test
Test the safety loop and door lock loop; test the
protection against relay and contactor
Skid protection, staggered-floor protection,
overload protection, 110% load test
End of commissioning
