b. If not in aerate phase, control turns OFF all digital outputs other than fan.

7.5 Air Utility Failure ALM
Condition
Occurs if Compressed Air Utility Pressure Switch (PS1) deactivates for 30 seconds after Sterilization Unit start-up.
NOTE: PS1 is a normally open switch that closes when air pressure is above 60 psig.
General Troubleshooting Additional Information
Acknowledge alarm.
1. Load must be repackaged and reprocessed after
Abort Phase is completed.
2. If alarm happens in cycle, reprocess and rerun load.
3. If alarm happens out of cycle, acknowledge alarm
and run cycle.
7.6 Biological Indicator Issue NonALM
Condition
Biological Indicator (BI) did not pass test in incubator (Non-Alarm).
General Troubleshooting
Additional Information
Chamber overloaded.
1. Reduce load content.
2. Load must be reprocessed and ran again.
3. Verify chamber is clean and free of debris (tags,
labels, and tape).
Instruments not compatible with this Unit.
1. Run an empty Non Lumen test cycle.
2. If it passes, run original load.
3. If it fails, it could be load. Verify load content
compatibility.
BI not approved for Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide.
1. Verify BIs are correct.
Invalid Lot Number.
1. Try a different Lot Number.
BI not used properly; ampule not crushed.
1. Refer to BI IFU for proper use.
Incubator failure.
1. Try different Incubator.
Chamber leak.
1. Run Leak Test cycle. Initiate cycle from Options
screen.
2. If test fails, contact STERIS.
