7.15 Cup Invalid
Condition
Occurs if control determines Sterilant Cartridge (Cup) is invalid during the Cup read sequence. Cup is set to invalid if
expired.
General Troubleshooting
Additional Information
Cup is not labeled for Healthcare (HC) application.
1. Install Cup labeled for Healthcare - VAPROX HC.
Cup RFID tag issue.
1. Insert new Cup.
7.16 Cup Read Error — ALM
Condition
Occurs if control does not sense a Sterilant Cartridge (Cup) in cartridge interface during the Cup read sequence.
General Troubleshooting Additional Information
Cup not installed.
1. Acknowledge alarm.
2. Install new Cup.
3. Open cartridge interface door and close again to
retry Cup scan.
RFID on Cup is damaged.
1. Install new Cup.
Incorrect Cup installed.
1. Verify Cup has RFID tag and not barcode.
2. Install new Cup.
7.17 Cup Receiver Door Works Improperly — NonALM
Condition
Cup Receiver Door Does Not Open when Cup is Empty. Cup Receiver Door Does Not Stay Locked (Closed) with Sterilant
remaining in Cup.
