7.7 Chamber Overtemp — ALM
Condition
Occurs if chamber temperature (RTD3) is above chamber overtemperature setpoint (>51.5 C; >125 F). Sterilizer
automatically aborts cycle.
General Troubleshooting
Additional Information
Acknowledge alarm.
1. Load must be repackaged and reprocessed after
Abort Phase is completed.
Check status screen.
1. If chamber temperature has dropped to 50 C (122
F), reprocess load and rerun cycle.
2. If temperature is above 51.5 C (125 F), contact
STERIS.
Room too warm.
1. Verify room temperature near unit is below 30 C
(86 F).
7.8 Chamber Pressure Deviation — ALM
Condition
Occurs if chamber pressure transducer PT1 differs from PT2 by more than 5.0 Torr when either transducer is reading
under 20 Torr. Sterilizer automatically aborts cycle.

7.9 Chamber Temp Deviation — ALM
Condition
In cycle, if RTD3 and RTD4 temperature readings differ by more than 0.5 C (1 F), then cycle aborts. When Unit is out of
cycle, alarm occurs if RTD3 and RTD4 temperature readings differ by more than 5 C (9 F).
General Troubleshooting
Additional Information
Acknowledge alarm.
1. Load must be repackaged and reprocessed after
Abort Phase is completed.
Run empty Non Lumen cycle.
1. If it passes, place back into Service.
2. If it fails, contact STERIS.
