7.31 Failure Reading RTD4 — ALM
Condition
Occurs if RTD4 (Redundant Chamber) is reading outside of normal range.
General Troubleshooting
Additional Information
Acknowledge alarm.
1. Load must be repackaged and reprocessed after
Abort Phase is completed.
7.32 File Write Error — ALM
Condition
Error occurs while writing to file log. Monitored whenever data is written to cycle data log.
General Troubleshooting Additional Information
Acknowledge alarm.
1. Cycle power on Unit.
2. Contact STERIS if alarm does not clear.
3. Cycle only aborts if printer is disabled. Load must
be repackaged and reprocessed after Abort Phase
is completed.
7.33 Injection Limit Reached
Condition
Fault may occur as follows:
1. Maximum injection count based on cup size is reached while emptying cup during a Cup Disposal cycle.
2. Number of sterilant injection reaches 12 during reservoir dispose phase for Reservoir or Cup Disposal cycle.
Monitored during Reservoir or Cup Disposal cycle.
General Troubleshooting Additional Information
Acknowledge alarm.
1. Contact STERIS; remove Unit from service until
issue is addressed.
