7.39 LS11 Switch Failure — ALM
Condition
LS11 shows injection cylinder in fill position at start of a cycle or is disconnected from Unit. Monitored only at start of a
cycle.
General Troubleshooting
Additional Information
Acknowledge alarm.
1. Contact STERIS.
2. Load must be repackaged and reprocessed after
Abort Phase is completed.
7.40 LS12 Switch Failure — ALM
Condition
During reservoir fill in Condition phase, if cup empty switch (LS12) does not sense Sterilant but reservoir becomes full
(LLS1 Closed/On) or Sterilant in not detected within the first five fill pulses of a new Cup.
General Troubleshooting Additional Information
Acknowledge alarm.
1. Run empty chamber Non Lumen test cycle. If cycle
passes, place Unit back into service.
2. Load must be repackaged and reprocessed after
Abort Phase is completed.
3. Contact STERIS.
7.41 Memory Read Error — ALM
Condition
Occurs if there is an error reading data from non-volatile memory.
General Troubleshooting Additional Information
Acknowledge alarm.
1. Cycle power on Unit.
2. Contact STERIS if alarm does not clear.
3. Load must be repackaged and reprocessed after
Abort Phase is completed.
