4. CHAMBER EMPTY screen appears.
5. Press Green Check (Yes) touch pad.
6. OPERATING screen displays.
7. Leak Test time counts down on screen. Abort touch pad is located in lower right corner. Leak Test passes
through three phases: Cycle Preparation, Leak Test and Aerate as follows:
• Cycle Preparation:
a. Verify door is closed and latched.
b. Verify chamber and vaporizer are at temperature.
c. Lock door and start cycle.
