• Remove the E-ring
1 and impeller 2.
• Remove the mechanical seal using the special tool.
[ 09921-20240: Bearing remover set
NOTE:
If there is no abnormal condition, the mechanical seal removal is
not necessary.

• Remove the outer bearing using the special tool.
[ 09921-20240: Bearing remover set
NOTE:
If there is no abnormal noise, bearing removal is not necessary.

• Remove the circlip
1.
• Remove the inner bearing using the special tool.
[ 09921-20240: Bearing remover set
NOTE:
If there is no abnormal noise, bearing removal is not necessary.

The removed mechanical seal must be replaced with a
new one.
The removed bearing must be replaced with a new
one.
The removed bearing must be replaced with a new
one.
