REAR SUSPENSION
Inspect the rear shock absorbers for oil leakage and mounting
rubbers for wear and damage. Replace any defective parts, if
necessary. (9-57)
EXHAUST PIPE BOLT AND MUFFLER
MOUNTING BOLT
• Tighten the exhaust pipe bolts, muffler mounting bolts and nut
to the specified torque.
! Muffler mounting bolt /nut
A: 23 N·m (2.3 kgf-m, 16.5 lb-ft)
Exhaust pipe bolt
B: 23 N·m (2.3 kgf-m, 16.5 lb-ft)
Inspect every 12 000 km (7 500 miles, 12 months).
Tighten initially at 1 000 km (600 miles, 1 month) and
every 12 000 km (7 500 miles, 12 months) thereafter.
