OIL JET
Removal
• Remove the piston cooling oil jets 1 from the upper crank-
case.
• Remove the oil jet 2 (for transmission) from the lower crank-
case.
• Remove the oil jet 3 (for cam chain tension adjuster) from the
cylinder head.
Inspection and cleaning
• Check the oil jets for clogging.
• If they are clogged, clean their oil passage with a proper wire
and compressed air.
