• Remove the reverse switch.
• Disconnect the gearshift arm
A and reverse gear cable B.
• Disconnect the spark plug cap

• Disconnect the engine coolant temperature switch lead wire

• Remove the muffler.
• Remove the exhaust pipe.
• Disconnect the breather hose
