Add a new constraint to the VLAN learning system.
SYNTAX:
eth bridge rule add type = <{shared|independant}>
vlan = <{default}>
[vlan2 = <{default}>]
[isi = <number{0-32}>]
where:
type Type of constraint. REQUIRED
vlan The VLAN where the constraint belongs to. REQUIRED
vlan2 The second VLAN for a shared constraint. OPTIONAL
isi The indenpendent set id for an independent constraint. OPTIONAL
