Creates a new autoIP interface.
SYNTAX:
ip auto ifadd intf = <{LocalNetwork}>
[addr = <ip-address>]
where:
intf The name of the IP interface for which a link-local address
has to be allocated.
REQUIRED
addr The preferred link-local IP address. OPTIONAL
