Display the privileges.

mlp privilege list [name = <>]
[type = <{access|service}>]
[verbose = <{minimal|medium|all}>]
where:
name Privilege name. OPTIONAL
type Privilege type. OPTIONAL
verbose Limit the output list. OPTIONAL
