where:
queue0 Weight of queue 0 in WFQ (in %). REQUIRED
queue1 Weight of queue 1 in WFQ (in %). REQUIRED
queue2 Weight of queue 2 in WFQ (in %). REQUIRED
queue3 Weight of queue 3 in WFQ (in %). REQUIRED
