navigate accurately to any point in the recording.

> By pressing the green function key Menu, you open a window containing the
functions available for editing recordings.
The following functions are available:
8.4.1.3.3 Settings tags
You have the option of setting a tag to enable this location in the recording to be found
again later.

You have the option of skipping directly to a previously set tag.
8.4.1.3.5 Renaming tags
You have the option of renaming a previously set tag.
8.4.1.3.6 Deleting a section
Your DVR offers the option of deleting a specified section (e.g. unwanted advertising breaks)
from an existing recording.
Please note:
Deleted sections are removed from the storage medium and cannot be restored.
To delete a section, proceed as follows:
The start and end of the section to be cut out must be marked with two tags.
8.4.1.3.7 Copying a section
You can use this function to copy a section of a recording. This involves creating a new
recording containing just this section. The recording from which the section is copied remains
unaffected by this.
8.4.1.3.8 Splitting a recording
If e.g. two consecutive programmes are saved in one recording, you can use this function to
separate them into two separate recordings. One recording will always be split off from an
appropriately highlighted tag.
8.4.1.3.9 Renaming a recording
Your DVR takes information regarding the names of the programmes being broadcast from
the data stream that is broadcast. If a recording contains multiple programmes, the names of
all the recorded programmes are acquired and saved internally.
8.4.1.3.10 Enlarging a video
You can enlarge the video image of a recording to make it easier to navigate to the position
you want in a recording.
8.4.2 Managing music/images/films
You can use your receiver to play music tracks in MP3 format, images in JPG format and films
in MPEG format. To copy the relevant files to the storage medium, connect a USB device on
which the MP3s or JPGs are located to the receiver’s USB port or connect it to a network.
