4.2 Check tests procedure
Check tests should be carried out in the following order:
1) Turn ignition on.
2) Drain a fixed volume of fuel.
3) Determine the exact amount of fuel with the calibrated measuring container.
4) Record the data into the Check test report.
5) Wait for the fuel getting still in the tank (for a stable DUT-E readings).
6) Refuel the tank with the previously drained fuel.
7) Record the data into the Check test report.
8) When analyzing accuracy errors, "Drain" and "Refill" parameters are estimated as a
percentage relative to the total tank capacity.
