59. Check Delay-Time Multiplier Incremental
Linearity
a. Change the following control settings:
DELAY-TIME MULTIPLIER 9.00
A TIME/DIV 1 ms
B TIME/DIV 5 µs
b. Set the time-mark generator for one-millisecond mark-
ers.
c. Rotate the dial as necessary to p9sition the start of the
pulse to the beginning of the sweep (see Fig. 5-39).
d.
CHECK-Deviation of dial reading from 9.00 should
be within two minor dial divisions (+0.2%).

step to the given accuracy.
