Queue Precedence
It specifies the precedence value of the queue.

Queues with the same precedence: It is scheduled using WRR and WFQ, and the device
assigns the bandwidth based on the queue weight.

Queues with different precedence: It is scheduled according to the precedence value.
Drop Algorithm
It specifies the default queue drop algorithm. It cannot be changed.

