Most error messages are displayed on the sending unit. Depending
on when the error occurs during the transfer process, you may see
an error message on the receiving unit.
Error Message Description
The sending and receiving units are
not connected properly, or the
receiving unit is not set up to
receive.
The certificate on the receiving unit
is not valid for the product software
(base code) on the sending unit.
You must obtain and install a valid
certificate.
An error occurred during the
transfer. The current product
software in the receiving unit is
corrupted. You must reinstall the
product software from a computer.
Replace the batteries on the unit
displaying this message.
