TGW Natrix - Replace Infeed;Discharge Belt Motor [6]; Replace Infeed;Discharge Timing Belt Pulley [5]

Replace Infeed/Discharge belt motor [6]
Turn off all sources power.
Loosen screws [1] and remove cover [2].
Remove timing belt.
Loosen Taper lock bushing (TL) [3] and remove timing belt pulley [5].
Remove screws from mounting plate [4].
Remove motor [6].
Install new motor again in reverse order.
Attention: Tension timing belt if needed please refer to instruction for timing belt
tension.
Replace Infeed/Discharge timing belt pulley [5]
Loosen screws [1] and remove cover [2] remove tension from timing belt.
Loosen taper lock bushing (TL) [3].
Remove timing belt pulley [5].
Install new timing belt pulley.
Align with straight edge to ensure both pulleys are parallel.
Attention: Tension timing belt if needed please refer to instruction for timing belt
tension.
Important tightening torques MA:
Taper lock bushing 20 Nm (14.75Ft / Lbs.)
