Adjust switch blade [4]
Remove sorter slats above the divert switch.
(Make sure air and electrical sources are turned off and are disconnected from
divert switch).
Extend pneumatic cylinder [1] by actuating the switches [2]. (Make sure the air and
electrical is turned off).
Adjust cylinder rod threaded into ball joint [3] so that switch blade [4] does not touch the
mounting plate [5].
Retract pneumatic cylinder [1].
Transitions [6] must be smooth.
Carry out some switching operations by actuating the switched manually [2] in order to
ensure if the switch blade moves smoothly.
Reconnect air and electrical to test switch function ability to ensure a low noise level.
Assemble the disassembled parts again in reverse order.
Attention: Check divert switch for correct functioning during first divert.
