Shrink Disc Assembly Procedure
Assemble shrink disc [4]
Carefully decrease hollow shaft hole [1] and drive shaft [2.]
Apply Noco Fluid or similar onto the drive shaft on section [A] of bushing [3].
Attention: The clamping surface of the shrink disc must remain free of grease!
Install drive shaft, making sure that the outer rings of the shrink disc [4] are plane
parallel.
Once the drive shaft and shrink disc are assembled, grease the outer surface [B] of the
hollow shaft for corrosion protection reasons.
Tighten clamping screws [5] evenly one by one to the specified tightening torque M
A
in
several turns using a torque wrench.
Attention: Max. Tightening angle per turn = 60°
