Prerequisites for Installation Site
On-site Delivery Requirements
Door size
•
Machinery on site recommendation are a minimum height of
H = 3 m (9’ 10-7/64”) and minimum width of W = 2.5
m (8’ 2-27/64”)
Determine floor space required or location for mobile crane or truck
•
Check special conditions on hall floor (e.g. do fork lift trucks require white tires?)
•
Check for pits, columns and other obstacles
Installation surface
•
Installation surface must be even, dry and clean
Fork truck
•
Double check if size and weight-bearing capacity is sufficient.
•
Provide required accessories for movement of equipment (straps, chain etc….)
•
Fork lift truck with lifting carriage or lifting platform required to remove sling gear.
Determine floor space required or location for mobile crane or truck.
•
Check path for proper openings; remove obstacles that are in the way.

Installation surface must be even, dry and clean.

Space required for storage per device =
(L + 0.5 m) x (W + 0.5 m) (L or W = length or width of respective device) or
(L + 19-11/16”) x (W + 19-11/16”) (L or W = length or width of respective device).

Check state and conditions of transport routes.
