TGW Natrix - Replace Sliding Shoe [5]; Change Slide Element [6, 7]

Replace sliding shoe [5]
Loosen screws [1] and remove protective cover [2].
Loosen screws [3] and remove sorter slat [4].
Pull off sliding shoe [5] from the sorter slat.
Install new sliding shoe again in reverse order.
Attention: Make sure the sliding shoe is in the
proper path and moves smoothly!
(Max. sliding resistance 15 N (3.4lbs)
Important tightening torques M

Screws [3] 20 Nm (14.75Ft / Lbs.).
Change slide element [6, 7]
Remove sliding shoe [5] and worn slide element [6, 7].
Install new slide element again in reverse order.
Attention: Slide element [7] must be spring-
mounted! (It must not be stuck!)
Make sure the sliding shoe moves smoothly!
Max. advance force 15 N (3.4lbs)
