Switch Blade
Replace switch blade [6]
Turn off air supply and disconnect.
Release compressed air.
Remove corresponding lateral cover.
Remove screw nut [1] and screws [2] Remove cylinder [3].
Loosen screws [4] and remove retaining plate [5].
Remove divert blade [6] by pulling downwards.
Remove spacer [7] from switch blade [6] Install new switch blade again in reverse order.
Attention: Make sure the switch blade moves smoothly! (cylinder must not be
twisted!)
Adjust the switch blade appropriately for smooth transition by adjusting the air cylinder
ball joint!
