Install Main Air Filter Regulator
Installing the air filter regulator unit
a) Attach the air filter unit to the base, crossmember frame, or an independent mounting
source to establish a proper target path preferably close to the middle of the unit.
b) Attach the air regulator to the bracket.
c) Drill a mounting hole into the top of the mounting plate.
d)
Attach the air regulator to the support bar.
e) Attach air supply to the air regulator from the main airline.
f) Drill an access opening within the frame for the air supply tubing. This tubing connects
the regulator to the sorter air trunk line.
g) Insert tubing from the air regulator to the sorter air supply line.
h) Make sure all connections are tight.
i) Set an operating pressure of 6 bars (Approx. 90 PSI) on the pressure switch.
