Drive Chain Adjustments
Tension the Drive Chain
a. Loosen screws [1].
b. Remove covers [2].
c. Make sure tension is equally maintained on the right and left side of the sorter by
tightening or loosing nut [4] as needed.
d. Mark the position of return pulley [5].
e. Loosen screws [3].
f. Look to see if there is clearance [6] to shift the tension carriage.
g. If the tension carriage moves, the tension spring [7] must be returned to its
previous compression point.
