Check chain tension
The chain tension is checked 2 m (6’ 6”) in front of the return pulley.
If you lift up the aluminum slat causing the shoe to rise about 3 mm (1/8”), the
succeeding running wheel must lift 1mm (1/32”) ± 0.2 mm (.030”-.040”) from the surface
of the guide.
If the succeeding running wheel does not lift from the surface of the guide, the tension
must be increased.
