4 STANDARD MEASUREMENT MODE
4.2.5 Automatic Rotation to a Required Horizontal and Vertical Absolute Angle
The IS series can be rotated to a required horizontal and vertical absolute angle by direct key input.
Example: Both vertical and horizontal angle
1 At angle measuring mode (Page 3), press the
[TURN] key.
2 Select item to rotate.
[Example]: V, H ANGLE
3 Input angle.
For example:50
° 20'30"
Input 50.2030
4 Press the [SET] key.
Rotation will begin.
After completing the rotation, it will return to the
previous mode.
*1) Setting range for rotation is ;
0
° 00' 00" ≤ V < +360 ° 00' 00"
0
° 00' 00" ≤ HR < +360 ° 00' 00"
*2) Press any key except power key to stop rotating in emergency during operation.
*3) You can select a accuracy of the actual stopping angular positions. Refer to Chapter 6 “PARAMETERS
SETTING MODE” .
