current detection level during operation.
• Enable H (low-current detection).
• Check the suitable detection level for the

too low.
• Check the input voltage.

• A ground fault occurs in the output cable
or the motor.
• Check the cable and the motor for ground

• The motor shaft is locked.
• One output phase is open.
• An impact load is applied.
• Unlock the motor shaft.
• Check the interconnect cables between
