Printer serial number
If enabled in the POR.INI file, this information will be reported once after power up. This
is the serial number of the printer. The number can be up to 19 bytes. If the number is
less than 19 bytes the remaining bytes will be nulls (0). Byte 20 is always NULL,
providing a null terminated string.
ID = 0x83
Format: ID <b1> … <b20>
Length: ID + 20 ascii bytes
Null status (no change, printer functioning)
If enabled in the POR.INI file, this status information will be reported periodically. This
status information is an indication that the printer is connected and communicating (i.e.
printer connected).

Length: ID + 1 status bytes
