If enabled in the POR.INI file, this status information will be reported periodically, and
while a ticket is being printed. This status information is an indication of how much of
the document has been printed.
ID = 0x85
Format: ID <b1>
Length: ID + 1 bytes
B1 = Percentage done printing
Critical field done printing
If enabled in the POR.INI file, this status information will be reported when a critical field
is done being printed. The field must be labeled as critical in the ticket layout file.
ID = 0x86
Format: ID <b1>
Length: ID + 1 bytes
B1 = Critical field done printing
Non-Critical field done printing
If enabled in the POR.INI file, this status information will be reported when a non critical
field is done being printed. The field must NOT be labeled as critical in the ticket layout
file.
